When does the Black Friday sale start and finish?
Our Black Friday sale runs from Thursday 5 November until Tuesday 1 December 2026, while stocks last.
What is the offer and what's included?
Enjoy up to 50% off eligible products site-wide. The price shown on each eligible product page already reflects its discount.
Any exclusions are clearly marked on the website or the product page. Gift cards are excluded and are not discounted.
Do I need a discount code, and can I use another offer?
No code is needed. Sale prices are marked on the website and eligible discounts apply automatically at checkout.
Black Friday pricing cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code, loyalty reward or offer unless we expressly state otherwise.
Can sale prices change during the sale?
Yes. Prices and discount levels may change during the sale period, and changes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
Will items in my cart be held, and what if something sells out?
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Your order is only secured once payment is complete and you have received your order confirmation.
Some products sell out quickly and may not be restocked during the sale, so we recommend ordering early.
Can I earn or redeem rewards points during the sale?
You will still earn rewards points on everything you buy during the sale.
Points and rewards cannot be redeemed on purchases made during the Black Friday sale period.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with any method shown at checkout, including credit and debit card, PayPal, Afterpay, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.
Can I buy or use a gift card during the sale?
Gift cards are excluded from the promotion and cannot be bought at a discount.
You can still use an existing TLC gift card to pay for your order during the sale.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all Australian and New Zealand orders.
How long will dispatch and delivery take?
We normally dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. During Black Friday, please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for dispatch because of order volumes.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include processing time. We ship with Aramex and Australia Post, and orders going to a PO Box are sent with Australia Post.
Courier delays outside our reasonable control can also occur during this busy period.
Where is my order, and what if tracking is not working?
We email your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for a new tracking number to begin updating.
If tracking shows delivered but the parcel has not arrived, please check with others in your household and around your property first, then contact our Customer Care team and we will investigate with the courier.
I have not received my order confirmation. What should I do?
Please allow 10 to 15 minutes and check your junk or spam folder. If you used express checkout, check whether the order was placed under a different email address.
If you still cannot find it, please contact our Customer Care team.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Address change requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing your order.
For product, colour or size changes, or to cancel, please call 0489 072 332 or email hello@theladcollective.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been packed for dispatch.
Can I return or exchange something I bought in the sale?
Yes. Our standard Returns and Exchanges Policy applies, including our 90 night risk free trial, unless an item is clearly marked final sale.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, so we cannot guarantee your preferred product, colour or size will still be available. Any refund reflects the discounted price you actually paid, not the original price.
Once your return reaches us, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing and up to a further 5 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.
How do I contact you, and how quickly will you reply?
Email hello@theladcollective.com or call 0489 072 332, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm AEST.
Our Customer Care team may take a few extra days to respond during the sale. Please avoid sending duplicate enquiries, as this can delay our response further.
By far the best sheets I own, they're so soft, good for temperature control. Lovely colour & packaging
Cassie R.
Hi Cassie,
What a lovely review! We're absolutely delighted you're enjoying your new bedding. Thank you for your kind words and support! 💙
This my second set of the Lad collection sheets and both my husband and I love them. The sheets have a beautiul soft texture, so nice to sleep in. The size of the sheets are very generous, so easily fit our king size bed. The pillow cases are also a generous size and the zipper makes fitting them a breeze. You will not be sorry you purchased a set!!
Kathy H.
Hi Kathy,
We're so happy to hear that you and your husband are loving your second set! Thank you for your continued support and wonderful recommendation! 💜
Wonderful sheets - gorgeous colour, smooth and cool to the touch. Plus, a breeze to put on. Love them!
Louise G.
Hi Louise,
We're so happy to hear this! Thank you for taking the time to share your lovely feedback. We truly appreciate your support and hope you continue loving your bedding! 🥰
These sheets are not only of high quality they make the task of making the bed so much easier and they feel fabulous too.
Kerrie R.
Thank you for your fantastic feedback! 💖 We’re so glad you’re loving your bedding and its thoughtful design!
Stayed with my Son in Qld on holidays, he threw a set of these sheets at me to make my bed, yes! I made it not him, that's boys for you...well!!! I was surprised how good they are, they feel amazing, and I loved all the corner straps, at least you know what end is up...I never got back to asking where they came from until I just saw the advertisement here on facebook, maybe a little pricey to be honest you might say, however, if you want quality, that's what you get, I have spent more than the price of one set of these queen sheets over the last two years trying to find the right sheets, i still haven't found what i need, if you want the right feel not to mention the beautiful colour range and the extras that come along with these sheet orders, do yourself a favour, spend the extra for a great night's sleep. They also wash beautifully...Thanks guys, you have mastered these sheets.

Thank you so much, Barbara! 🥰 We had a good laugh at your son handing you the sheets and leaving you to make the bed 😂 We’re so glad that little introduction to TLC turned into such a lovely experience! Hearing that you loved the feel, corner handles, colours and how beautifully they wash means so much to us. We know our sheets are an investment, so hearing you say the quality makes them worth it is an incredible compliment. Thank you for taking the time to share this!
So happy I bought these sheets best sheets ever
Christine H.
Thank you so much, Christine! 🥰 We’re absolutely thrilled you’re loving your sheets. Your support means the world to us! 💕
I now have 4sets of The Lad Collective sheet sets , queen size. I love the ease of changing the bed sheets because with the loops at the corners it’s so easy to get a great finished look. I’m 84 and I had trouble getting the fitted sheet on the bed but now it’s so easy .Thanks Lads
Susan H.
