How do I earn points?

You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on full-price products. Points are calculated on your order subtotal (excluding shipping and tax) once your order is fulfilled.

Do my points expire?

Yes, your points are valid for 2 years from the date they were earned.

How can I redeem my points?

To earn and redeem points, you’ll need a TLC account. If you don’t have one yet, create an account before checking out.

Make sure you’re logged in when placing your order.

At checkout, you can redeem your points for savings based on the tiers below. Each reward tier is subject to its own minimum spend:

Can anyone join the loyalty program?

Yes! Anyone who creates an account is eligible to earn or redeem points. Guest checkouts won’t earn points. Make sure you’re logged in when placing your order.

What are VIP Tiers and how do they work?

We’ve got three VIP tiers that unlock extra perks based on your yearly spend:

Your tier is dependent on the points you earn, points earned reset on a 24-month cycle based on when you earned them.

How does the referral program work?

Share the love and get rewarded! Your friend gets $50 off their first order over $300. You get $50 (that’s 1000 points) when they make their purchase. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer, just make sure you use your custom referral link!

Where can I check my points balance?

Just log in to your account and visit the Loyalty Rewards section to see your current points, VIP tier, and eligible rewards.

What happens if I return an item?

If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

Can I use my points with other discounts?

Points rewards can be combined with select on-site promotions.
