Returns & Refunds
We have a 90 night risk free trial, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return!
Please reach out to our customer service team at hello@theladcollective.com and they will be able to provide you with a prepaid return label (*this applies for domestic orders only. International orders are required to pay for the return at their own expense)
Alternatively, please head to our Contact Us page and fill in the form and one of our customer service representatives will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
Returns must be lodged within 14 business days after the return label has been provided. Please contact us if you change your mind and no longer wish to return your item/s.
Once your return has been delivered, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed and allow up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect back into your account.
All refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

If you would like to return your item to exchange for another size/colour, please note the exchanged item will only be sent once the return has been lodged with Australia Post.
As we cannot hold items until the return is lodged, by this time, the colour and or size that you wish to exchange for may have sold out especially if it is limited edition.
To ensure you do not miss out on the colour/size that you would like, once your return is accepted, we recommend making a new purchase for this item. We can then process a refund for the original order/item once the return has been received.
